Do I have to create an account to shop at Desgio website?

No, you don't need to create any account before you can shop at our website. However, you cannot use any voucher or any promotion program if you checkout as guest. Having an account will simplify the process of shopping because you do not need to write personal data and address every time you shop. And also you can use  any promotional code and loyalti point.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you have not made any payment, you can still cancel the order by inform our customer service by email: admin@desgio.com or simply by don't make any payment for the order. However, once you make the payment, your order can not be canceled or replaced.

Is the product that has been purchased can be returned?

Can I exchange or return sale item(s)?

No you can't, sale items are non-changable and non-refundable. All sale items are final.

How can I track my order?

You can sign in and view your order history and status in my account.

What if I forgot to confirm my payment over the time limit?

Why my order got cancelled?

Maximum payment confirmation for an order is 1x24 hrs after the order have been placed. If payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically.
