Returns and Exchanges

We always ensure that all goods have been through Quality Control process and already checked before it sent. If it turns out there is any defective, we will inform in advance to the customer prior to shipment. (If the goods is the last stock we have and the customer still want it, we will provide compensation of 10% of the goods price)

Make sure you know the product details and accurate at the time of order, because we are not responsible for the order mistakes by the customer.

If there are any delivery mistakes from our side, then we will send the replacement goods after you send back the wrong goods to us and we will send the correct goods to you with free delivery

Exchange of defective goods maximum 2 (two) days after the goods is received by customers.

Items that cannot be returned / exchanged:
  • Light stain that does not interfere. (Example: stains that can be washed or small stains that invisible such as at armpits, shirttail, folds clothes or the inside of the clothes)
  • Small defects that do not interfere.
  • Stitches tilted in lining/inner clothes.
  • Little differences on size detail.
  • Color differences. (Example: the clothes on photo is gold color, but the customer see the image in the dark place and thought it's another color or the colors look different on customer gadget)
  • Differences in fabric definition by customer. (Customers should check in advance the quality of the material in the goods description or could ask further information about the materials to us)
  • The customer already received the goods for more than three days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURES
 
1. Please send us an email to admin@desgio.com stated subject RETURNS & EXCHANGE with these information attached:

  • NAME
  • ORDER ID
  • GOODS RECEIVED DATE
  • REASONS
  • SIZE/COLOUR/PRODUCT TO BE EXCHANGE
  • ATTACH PICTURE FOR DAMAGE/DEFECT PRODUCT(S)

 
2. Our customer care admin will reply to you as soon as they received your mail or text, within 2 (two) working days with all the shipping details you might need to return the product(s)
 
3. We ask for your cooperation to send the product(s) within 2 (two) days after you received our mail or replied from our admin to help us to proceed your inquiry faster
 
4. We will send your product(s) right away soon after we received your return product(s) within 2 (two) working days
